About You

You will be an experienced kitchen designer having worked in retail or trade, with strong communication skills and customer understanding. You will be used to working in a target-based sales and customer focussed environment. Already a competent kitchen designer, your engaging style and positive attitude will reflect in all aspects of your work contributing to delighting our customers with inspirational designs on time, you will be committed to continually provide service excellence to our stakeholders, always aim to improve as this exciting business never stands still, work as one team in playing your part to get it right and create a positive environment as our people thrive.

About the Role

You will be part of a team that delivers exceptional design services and customer experience, whereby you will be providing a kitchen design service to our different customer channels across retail and trade. You will be liaising with customer enquiries, book and sit appointments with customers to support the sales process by talking them through a comprehensive range of kitchen designs and solutions to generate sales. You will develop an understanding of each customer and deliver a tailored service for each of them. This will give you a wide scope for working with different customer types and increase your earning potential.
