Kitchen + Bathroom Sales Designer

Our Flagship, Award winning Showroom ( MKM Home ) is currently recruiting an ambitious and talented Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer to join our Team.

Previous Design and Sales experience is Essential.

MKM Home is a Retail Studio and the role is on a five over seven contract which means weekend work is required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full kitchen and bathroom design and sales process
• Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met through the design brief
• Pro-actively generate showroom leads
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure your Knowledge of our offer is fully up to date

Your Experience

• Previous experience working successfully in a similar role, either in an independent or Retail environment
• Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom technical design
• Experience using 20-20 Fusion planning software or similar
• Confident dealing with customer service queries
• The ability to build great customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
