We have a very exciting opportunity for KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join a large National company selling into the Construction sector. This is a fabulous opportunity for the right person to join a large company at the heart of the Business.

To support the Sales Director, support the National Product Manager, and major account management administration.

To be the main contact for the customers and branches.

To manage and support our pricing and product strategy.

To provide reporting and customer analysis and develop this in cooperation with the National Product Manager and the Sales Director.

Key Results Areas

• Increased customer buy-in and retention

• Improvement of internal systems and communications where possible, identifying key clients to develop different approaches accordingly

• Improvement of external market strategies following fair analyses

• Reduced client/customer complaints and an increase in overall customer satisfaction

• Smooth running of various marketing events
