Key Account Manager

We are looking for a relationship builder who can manage clients accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.

The team work hard in a very fast paced industry to make sure that the customer is always happy with the delivered results. It is a fun and friendly team who work closely to ensure that the tasks are carried out thoroughly.

Office Hours 7am - 4pm

Broxbourne, 100% office based

Salary is based on experience, but will be between £27,000 to £30,000 per annum

On a day to day basis you will:

• Accept new orders from customers, sometimes using a portal
• Raise order on the system
• Constantly adding notes to the systems to ensure that all parties are kept up to date.
• Making sure the accounts department are aware of all invoicing requirements for each client
• Be the main point of contact for customers, by creating and nurturing long term relationships. You will resolve any issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Respond to all relevant emails deal with as soon as possible. Filing away after completion.
• Perform administrative duties for success of the department
