Job Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Workshop Solutions business strategy across the UK. The role will include working with our wider team of Key Account Managers to champion Workshop Solution products to our established Key Accounts. This will be a nationally based position and as such there will be significant travel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the product expert for our Key Accounts, both internally and externally
  • Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives
  • To ensure each Key Account Manager is fully aligned and delivering Workshop Solutions product sales and margin performance through strong connectivity, training, support, data analysis and supporting all marketing activity effectively
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to build best in class relationships, to support and deliver the business strategy within the channel
  • Acting as the focal point for Workshop Solutions communications, ensuring service is never compromised
  • Regularly communicate sales data to ensure full visibility of the channel's performance and objectives

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience engaging senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Have a high business acumen, the ability to see the bigger picture and not just focus on quick wins
  • Long term planning and organisational skills are critical to this role
  • Experience of writing quotations would be advantageous
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving license
