The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the darts industry, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships and driving sales growth.

There will be an element of new business in the role too, but majority of the role is managing existing customers with a variety of small to large sized accounts. The team is very friendly and you'd be joining a fantastic company with excellent routes for progression!

Our client is renowned in Darts industry, and have even become a household name over time! (Check your boards!).

They are leading sales within the Darts Industry selling to businesses (mix of overseas and UK accounts - which is growing fast) who distribute their branded products, as well as to those purchasing for their own man caves / pubs / homes.

My client pride themselves in providing unparalleled services to their vast client base and you will be a part of that providing that, using your initiative, problem solving skills and leveraging on promotional activity!

Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage and developing relationships with key long-standing clients
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth within existing client base (a variety of small to large sized accounts) and new customer accounts.
  • Be able to flex your style according to different accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on account performance
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for all sales-related queries between the business and accounts
  • Understand client needs and customise existing business programs to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in International Business travels, approx. 2-3 times a year based on business priorities

Profile

A successful Key Account Manager should have some of the following experience:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with key achievements to evidence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Forward thinker and organised

Job Offer

  • International Business travel approx. 2-3 times a year
  • Office-Based:Bridgend, South Wales
    • Start times 8am/8:30am/9am + subsequent finish times: 16:30, 17:00, 17:30
    • 1 hour early finish EVERY Friday
