Junior / Trainee IT Technical Support Helpdesk

An opportunity for a recent A Level / BTEC Level 3 / Advanced GNVQ or Degree in IT level person looking for their first job, or, someone with a passion for IT and some previous IT Support experience, to start a career on a 1st & 2nd Line Helpdesk, supporting a company's solution.

This role will come with full training on how to provide telephone and remote access support to the client's customers, which are mostly hospitality businesses like hotels.

You will be supporting the Network Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and AV (Audio Visual) systems.

Additional duties include pre-configuration and testing of devices: Routers / Switches, Servers, and AV equipment.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable customer facing over the phone and have a technical interest in learning to support IT networks.

Starting Salary - £2400 to £25000 depending on experience.

This is a full-time permanent job with paid holiday, pension etc.

Office Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

This is an office-based role in Billingshurst. Due to the remote location of the office, applicants with their own car / transport preferred.

An excellent opportunity with career progression into Field Service and 3rd Line Support.
