Junior Technology Recruiter

As a Tech Recruiter, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and connecting with top-tier talent in the Tech sector. This role is tailored for individuals with a keen interest in technology, providing an ideal platform to excel in the dynamic world of tech recruitment within the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates within the Tech sector.
• Utilise effective communication skills to engage with candidates and build lasting relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement strategic Tech recruitment plans.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience or education in Tech or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a genuine interest in Tech.
• Right to work in the UK, either through British Citizenship or Presettled status.
