Junior Supply Planner (14 Month Fixed Term Contract)
High Growth FMCG B-Corp
Central London (Hybrid working 2 days a week office based)
Up to £40,000 Per annum + Benefits (Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, 25 Days Holiday + Bank)

A high-growth FMCG B-Corp is seeking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, and diligent junior supply planner to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

As junior supply planner, your role is crucial in maintaining optimal supply levels to maximize sales orders and opportunities for our client. You will work closely with our client's third-party network across the UK/EU, supporting internal colleagues to develop precise forecasts, efficiently plan supply, and effectively manage stock levels.

What will my accountabilities be?

• Plan and execute supply chain strategies, minimizing waste and maximizing sales.
• Foster strong relationships with co-manufacturers/third parties, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Organize inbound logistics for timely deliveries from third-party manufacturers.
• Manage orders for UK and overseas suppliers.
• Support purchasing administration and inventory management.
• Streamline supply chain processes with third-party manufacturers.
• Collaborate with various teams to forecast supply needs.
• Ensure procurement aligns with environmental regulations and B-Corp goals.
• Implement strategies for reduced environmental impact and transparency.

A great candidate will have:

Supply Planning or Production Planning experience gained within an FMCG environment
Prior experience in partnering with third party manufacturers and good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain constrains.
Demonstrating fantastic problem solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and adept at adjusting to the demands of a fast-growing business.
Strong background with ERP systems while not being put off when faced with excel based processes with a minimum of Intermediate level Excel skills.
Excellent planning and organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Experience working internationally with a natural ability to build and grow strong relationships.
