Junior Stem Cell Collection Co-Ordinator / Administrator
As a Stem Cell Collection Co-ordinator / Administrator, you will be assisting all aspects of the stem cell collection team at one of the largest private stem cell collection centres within the UK and EU. The successful candidate will be required to ensure the smooth booking, processing and documentation for donors throughout the process.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with good written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and diligent when dealing with paperwork. Ability to work in line with GDPR and with an understanding of donor and patient confidentiality. You will have the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads under pressure and to meet strict timeframes. Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative to the role. This role will include working closely with Consultants, nurses, lab staff, hospital booking teams and most importantly Donor Registries. Knowledge of DGL and Mosaiq would be beneficial. The ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously is essential.
This is a full-time office based position with no option for home working.
Hours:
Monday - Friday (Hours will range from 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 on a rotational basis) with one hour lunch break.
Daily tasks would consist of:
- Taking bookings over the phone
- Responding to emails
- Preparing medical and collection packs
- Scanning and emailing documents
-Audio Typing.
