The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Junior Shipping Administrator to join a growing team as part of their commitment to innovation and development.

This is a Permanent - Full-Time role (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 with one day working from home)

Role Duties:

  • Producing and checking essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers, including customs documentation.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate shipping information.
  • Responsible for the input of export customs entries in SAP (training will be provided).
  • Providing liaison between the company, Road / Air / Sea Carrier and HMRC.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
