Junior Service Asset and Configuration Management Engineer Overview:

• As a Service Asset and Configuration Management Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT environment and data that is collected and stored within the CMDB and other toolsets.
• You will be taking responsibility for the data quality and processes
• You will be updating and maintaining the CMS, ensuring data is to the highest of standards
• You will be working with multiple teams across the business
• You will be ensuring configuration, service placement delivery models and principles are recorded and maintained in the CMs and adhered for ITSC mapping.

What we are looking for:

• Understanding of Asset Management technology and scanning tools, databases and querying (MS SQL).
• Team player with smart thinking, a can do attitude, ability to work alone with minimal supervision and a self-starter.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects with independent deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience working within a configuration service environment, with varied complex applications and database architectures.
