Junior Sales Engineer

Junior Sales Engineer. Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team in Leamington Spa. As a leading consultancy in engineering and research development, they offer an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a supportive environment. This role would suit someone currently in an inside sales role or sales executive within an engineering / manufacturing company. The role will have elements of account management, dealing with internal sales enquiries and finding new business.

Junior Sales Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Research potential business leads, contact via email and telephone and follow up, with a view to converting to sales.
- Prepare quotes, respond to email or telephone enquiries Report into the company CRM database, running multiple enquiries. Provide reports from CRM along with other computer Microsoft Office software.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, and end use customers, providing technical sales support as the product manufacturer.
- Provide feedback about customer trends to the management team and to external suppliers, to ensure the right products are being developed with the correct functionality.
- Develop strong customer relationships and be able to travel worldwide to visit clients and support the full sales process.

Junior Sales Engineer Requirements:
- Previous sales / account management experience within a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sales experience or a keen interest in sales is desirable.
- Enthusiasm for engineering and technology.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.
