What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Hybrid environment

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Provide direct support to the Recruitment Team
• Take full ownership for scheduling interviews
• First point of contact for all queirers
• Attend recruitment events
• Identify and book venues for recruitment events
• Co-host interview days
• Work closely with internal stakeholders

What is the company looking for?

• Previous Recruitment experience based in-house or agency
• A degree is preferable
• Experience using MS Word
• Great team player
• Professional or Financial Services experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An attention to detail, strong work ethic
