About the Role:

As a Junior R&D Tax Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by completing routine tasks and providing essential assistance to clients. You will be involved in various R&D activities, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while embodying the vision and values of Xeinadin.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing R&D claims, including initial admin steps, liaising with clients, and drafting claim reports.
  • Monitor claim statuses and provide regular updates to Directors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client support and maintain data within our CRM database.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as maintaining client contact, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, always striving for excellence in customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • Education or experience in R&D, engineering, or technology (advantageous).
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounts (advantageous).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Additional Requirements:

  • Comfort and proficiency with numbers.
  • Process-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, reliable team player with a professional demeanour.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
