Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our high-end residential projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis, including materials, labour, and overheads.
• Collaborate with the project team to monitor and control project costs.
• Assist in the procurement process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating contractor bids.
• Support in the preparation of progress reports and financial forecasts.
• Participate in on-site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify potential cost variations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations is a plus.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
