Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey in purchasing and procurement? Look no further! Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join a fantastic team as a Junior Purchasing Administrator.

The Role:
  • As a Junior Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations team with general office administration and purchasing. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working alongside and supporting the Contract Managers
  • Assisting with typing up of work sheets
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Raising internal Purchase Orders as required
  • Administration on the projects and the CRM
  • Training up and assisting in the procurement of goods and services.
  • Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and prices (training given).
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory.
  • Collaborating with various teams to streamline procurement processes.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • Due to location, must have own transport.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
