PURPOSE

Thisisanexcitingrolethatisallaboutprojectdelivery,whetherthatbesupportingbiggerteamswiththeirdesignand build exhibits ortaking smallereventsfromthe design process right through tothefinal deliveryonsite.Ensuring the final execution is on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to the expected qualitystandard. Regulartravel is to be expected based on the schedule of projects assigned.

Withgoodcommercialunderstandingandfinancialmanagement,theroleholderwillberequiredtomanageprojects directly to meet profitability targets and be responsible for the commercial integrity for any / all projects they are assigned to.

In additionto assigned projects you will collaborate closely with your Technical Production peers with a "one team" visionthatwecanbeproudof throughfulfillingthemissionof providingclientswithapassionate,committed, and talented agency team, working in partnership to create and deliver meaningful brand experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECTPROPOSAL

• SupportingtheOperationsTeamswithproposalresponses.
• Close collaboration with the Lead PM & technical production teams to build supplier RFQs and allocate project budgets.

DELIVERY

• TheJPMwillactasclientliaisonforoperationaldelivery.Attendingpre-eventmeetings,conferencecalls& electronic communication.
• Work with the creative, account & operation teams to ensure all client requests are achieved within budget & regulatory constraints.
• Managementofinternalproject management toolstocapture projectplans,timelinesandclientrequirements.
• Liaising with third partysuppliers toobtainquotations,includingnegotiatingonrequirementsandrates.
• Orderingmaterials,inclusiveof raisingpurchaseorders,newvendorsetupsandliaisonswithFinance.
• Createandmaintainprojectestimatesensuringmarginsarekeptthroughout theproject. Previousexperiencein managing budgets up to £200K
• Ensuringall deliveriesaretobudget andagreedtimescales.
• Developingrelationshipswithpreferredsuppliersandpotentialnew suppliers.
• Manageon-siteinstallationswiththesupportofProductionManagerorProjectLeadwiththemainsub- contractor in various destinations.

SKILLS&EXPERIENCE

• Thecandidatewillhave previousexperienceofworking withinaproductionagencyenvironment.
• Youprovidethehighestqualityproductsandserviceswhichmeettheneedsand requirements of internal and external customers.
• Youhavethefunctionalandtechnical knowledgeandskillstodothejobatagoodlevelof accomplishment. Basic understanding of materials finishes and price points.
