Are you an aspiring Project Manager with a background in building services or HVAC, looking to join a well-established company with a close knit team that offers specialist on-site training, exciting progression opportunities and annual company bonuses to increase your earnings?

This trusted company have been established since 1956, growing steadily whilst keeping a loyal client base. They provide central heating services for a range of clients, such as the NHS, across the West-Midlands and Warwickshire, and are looking to expand their workforce to keep up with an ever increasing workload.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be managing a wide range of mechanical installation projects from start to finish within a team of 4, all the way from conception to installation. You will receive full on site training, working closely with the company Director, managing and overseeing projects for a wide range of clients across the West-Midlands.

This dynamic role would suit an aspiring Project Manager with a background in building services or HVAC who is looking to join a well-established company that offers annual company bonuses, on-site training and progression opportunities into management roles.

The Role:

• Project Management for a range of projects across the West-Midlands
• Full on-site training
• Coordinate various teams to ensure the smooth running of projects
• Occasional site visits to assess and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Occasional design alterations and editing
• Monday to Friday working 8 - 4 (3:30 on Friday)

• Aspiring Project Manager
• Background in HVAC or building services
• Commutable to Coventry
