Junior Producer
Major Players are working with an award-winning creative agency to recruit a Junior Producer into their London-based team.
Joining the integrated production team at this prestigious agency, the Junior Producer will oversee projects from inception to completion. This role will involve delivering a range of social, digital, and print materials, and out-of-home campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth project execution and seamless delivery, reporting progress to senior stakeholders within the agency.
- Make confident decisions, exhibit attention to detail, and communicate effectively.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding brand strategy and creative objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Integrated Production, you'll be responsible for project sign-off, issue resolution, and feedback management. You'll receive support from experienced senior team members.
Key Activities:
- Manage both small and large-scale projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Develop efficient project structures and processes.
- Generate concise project reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams and liaise with clients and internal/external partners.
- Present work to stakeholders for approval.
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours during peak periods.
