Junior Paraplanner
Our highly regarded client, a prominent Investment Bank & Wealth Manager with a legacy tracing back to 1980, stands as a leader in Europe across the Asset Management, Private Banking, and Wealth Management sectors.
Currently, our client is in search of a Junior Paraplanner to augment their team, providing essential support to Senior Financial Planners. These professionals offer wealth management services to a select portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) private clients.
This position will be based at the Tunbridge Wells office, offering a hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively organise and aid Financial Planners in preparing formal reviews and addressing ad-hoc client meetings.
- Attend meetings alongside Financial Planners to record minutes and finalise actionable items.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client investment suitability.
- Serve as the primary contact for general client inquiries, discerning their requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with technical experts, Investment Managers, Operations team and external entities.
- Uphold & maintain client records.
- Assist Financial Planners in sales activities, including lead management, client events, presentations and other sales endeavours.
- Draft suitability reports for review and advancement by the Financial Planner.
Candidate Profile:
- Progress towards a relevant regulated financial planning qualification (e.g., CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) is preferred, though not obligatory. Ideal candidates will exhibit an inclination to pursue Diploma qualification if not already attained.
Compensation Package:
- Salary range: £30,000 to £40,000
