We are pleased to assist our valued client working a busy Law firm across Coventry & Warwickshire for their Junior Children & Families Public Law.

This is a starting position and full training given and excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the firm.

Own transport essential, due to visiting courts, clients etc.

Job Purpose:
* Assist Fee Earners with the preparation of Care work
* Work in accordance with the Office Manual

Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients in person, via telephone and email
* Produce accurate detailed work to ensure excellence in legal services
* Maintain files and ensure efficient case management of care matters
* Draft any documentation in accordance with efficient file management including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidence
* Time record in accordance with the Firm's policy and prepare bills as necessary
* Attend to clients at court with counsel
* Undertake typing work for fee earners as and when required
* Make appointments for clients
* Provide general administrative support as and when required
* Undertake any reasonable instructions made by Directors, Department Heads or Fee Earners within the limits of this job description
* Attend department meetings as required.
