Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

Are you a budding PA looking for your next step? Would you like to build on your corporate work experience, working for one of the major global law firms? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will join the firm’s support team to provide outstanding support to a group of the firm’s stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working closely and collaboratively with members of the firm; being a point of liaison for both clients and colleagues
  • General administrative support duties including diary and travel management
  • Correspondence management including phone calls, inboxes and post
  • Arranging and setting-up meetings; sourcing the required equipment and refreshments, and liaising with attendees
  • End-to-end file management, including opening and closing files and both electronic and paper filing
  • Financial administration; preparing and submitting expenses, following group procedures and ensuring compliance
  • Managing and updating the CRM, ensuring its efficiency as a reporting and researching tool
  • Other administrative and support duties when required

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within professional services within a support or administrative role.

Applicants must have outstanding communication, organisation and attention-to-detail skills, and thrive working as part of a team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to pursue a career as a PA, rather than those looking for a role within legal.
