My client are an International Law Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit a Junior PA or Administrator to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names.

The ideal candidate with have previous experience working within a Legal or Professional Services environment, including Financial Services, Banking or Insurance.

As a Junior PA your duties will include:

• Answering phones and taking messages
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Dairy management for the team
• Document and file management
• Assisting with invoicing and expenses

As a Junior PA you will have the following skills:

• Previous Administration or PA experience ideally in a Legal or Professional environment
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Comfortable working towards deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
