Full-time, Permanent Position in Birmingham City Centre, working 3 days in office, 2 at home.

An international, successful professional services firm is looking for a highly capable and professional individual with some previous experience in administrative roles. This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone wanting to progress their PA based skills and knowledge and wanting to have a career as such. The successful candidate will be working as part of the practice support team, supporting allocated staff members.

This role is client focussed with regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to discuss plans and actions which will need to be organised and prioritised.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role shall include:

Liaising between colleagues and clients.

Screening calls and delivering messages.

Assisting with stakeholder queries.

Management of emails and correspondence.

Both electronic and paper filling.

Preparing and submitting expenses.

Opening and closing files.

Diary management.

Organising and planning meetings.

The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and attributes:

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent organisational skills

Solid communication skills, both oral and written.

Solid previous experience in a PA, or similar role.

A pro-active approach to work.
