An excellent role has opened with a Property Company in the Birmingham region who are looking for someone to join the close knit team on a permanent basis.
The role that is being presented is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their skill set in land purchasing, and the property industry. The ideal candidate will work very closely with the Directors and will act as the point of contact for all new site opportunities across the 3 business lines - targeting acquisition of land for 500 units over the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
-Point of contact with Agents
- Use land Insight and other technologies to source and review sites
- Keep a regularly updated list of identified sites and regularly follow up on them
- Establish and develop a network of local agents, land agents, landowners, and other developers to seek on and off
- Appraise sites including financial viability, planning, environmental, legal, and physical constraints -
- Preparing monthly reports to update the team
- Working with the team to prepare corporate presentations for business development
Required Skills:
- Innovative and forward-thinking Graduate
- A bachelor's degree of 2:1 or above, preferably in a property related degree OR 1-2 years' experience in the industry
- Efficient with excellent time management skills
- Someone who is driven and will take ownership of their work
