As a Junior IT Technician (1st Line Support), you'll be the primary point of contact for our diverse client base. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch IT support and solutions. After training in South West London (approx. 6 months), you'll have the opportunity to work remotely with occasional on-site visits to client locations within the London area. This role offers the perfect balance of professional development and the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to clients, answering calls with professionalism

- Create accurate quotes for a wide range of IT products and services to meet client needs

- Deliver first-level technical support by using your expertise and collaborating with the team

- Document incoming support requests to ensure efficient escalation and resolution

- Set up new PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware as required

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to outstanding support

- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for continuous learning and growth

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional attitude

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and remain calm under pressure

- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office suite, mobile technologies, basic networking, and remote assistance tools (e.g., VNC, LogMeIn) is a plus
