Junior IT Support

What will you be doing?

The IT Technician will be delivering IT service solutions to our hospitality and

retail customers. We are looking for an experienced technician with knowledge of bespoke IT deployments.

Job Role Overview

• Configuration and testing duties across a variety of IT hardware such as tablets, laptops,
• customer order displays, kiosks, tills, switches, routers, and servers.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics where required.
• Build optimisation, solutions implementation, and technical documentation.
• Manage personal tasks in line with a schedule of work and Perform quality control checks in line with departmental expectations.
• Other duties may occasionally involve ad-hoc 'site installations', visiting customer locations,
• installing or configuring EPOS equipment to provide technical knowledge and support.

The hours of work are full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30, inclusive of a one-hour daily break. A degree of flexibility will be required, depending on the workload. There will also be the requirement to work during weekends on a rota to support our clients.
