In this role as a Junior FP&A Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting both the Financial Planning and Analysis department and the wider Accounting & Finance team in various financial tasks and analyses. The role requires someone with strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail and a passion for finance.

Description

  • Supporting the FP&A team in the preparation of monthly financial reports and forecasts.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and management.
  • Analysing financial data and creating financial models for decision support.
  • Contributing to financial analysis and planning processes.
  • Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Improving financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects and assisting with other finance duties as required.

Profile

A successful Junior FP&A Accountant should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience within a similar role or if you have some FP&A experience but are looking for the next step up in your career.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
