Mbf are working with a thriving financial advisory practice with a strong presence across the South West, particularly Devon & Somerset. Our client is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions to a diverse client portfolio, including mass affluent individuals and high net worth clients. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a motivated & ambitious Junior Financial Adviser to join their team and embark on an exciting career path.
Position Overview:
As a Junior Financial Adviser, you will work closely with senior financial planners who will provide ongoing training & support whilst providing tailored financial advice to a portfolio of mass affluent clients. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their skills and expertise in financial planning, with the ultimate goal of progressing into a full Financial Adviser position, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised financial advice and solutions to clients under the guidance of senior financial planners.
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans.
- Conduct thorough client reviews and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and solutions.
- Stay well-informed of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in financial planning.
To be considered:
- Experience working as a Financial Adviser, Junior Financial Planner or a Paraplanner who is looking to take the next step in their career.
- Level 4 qualified as a minimum.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
