Job Title: Junior Financial Administrator

Salary: £22,000 per annum

Location: Cranbrook

Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance? We are seeking an experienced administrator who is motivated & detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and progress in your career within Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial plans and reports for clients.
  • Providing administrative support to the financial planning team, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Liaising with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary information.
  • Supporting the team in organizing client meetings and appointments.
  • Assisting with the implementation of financial recommendations and strategies.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in financial planning or wealth management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • 1+ years experience in an administrative role is essential.
