Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Trainee Junior Finance Assistant based in Tewkesbury to join their friendly and dynamic team.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Resolving AP queries using Service Now system.
  • First approval of invoice coding.
  • Checking vendor bank detail changes.
  • Checking new vendor forms.
  • Assisting with month end reporting.
  • Weekly expense report coding checks.
  • Weekly stock report.
  • Chasing different departments to approve invoices in a timely manner.
  • Various ONS surveys.
  • Reconcile and maintain the petty cash.
  • Checking for Duty Deferment and PVA statements.
  • Monthly revenue reconciliation.
  • Employee concur set up requests.
  • AD Hoc task

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
