City & Capital are delighted to be representing a highly respected and fast-growing specialist property finance lender who have engaged our services to appoint a highly proactive, organised and personable Junior Executive Assistant to their growing Mayfair team.

Our client provides specialist property loans to borrowers across the UK. Celebrating over 15 years in the industry, they pride themselves on excellent customer service and operate heavily in the high net and ultra-high net worth client space.

You will work closely with the Senior EA and wider executive support office to assist senior management and the company CEO with their requirements. This will include direct engagement with key clients too, as you operate as an important contact point for the firm.

This is a traditional assistant role so you can expect a very diverse blend of activity and challenges to support the personal and professional needs to the company directors and senior management function. This role would suit an individual with a strong background as PA, Team Assistant, Admin Assistant/Manager or an EA who is looking for a long term home to grow and flourish.

The ability to juggle tasks, understand different styles and manage priorities will be key.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience of as EA, TA, PA or a strong administrative background is key
  • Previous financial or professional services experience would be preferred, though not essential
  • Experienced in business administration
  • Familiarity with proofreading legal documents

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Good numerical skills and professional discretion

Our client has doubled the size of their UK business 4 times in the last 4 years and are set to achieve this feat for the 5th time this year. This has seen a large swell in terms of the number of team members utilising Mayfair HQ and also means that the senior management team has grown in scale.

As this growth is set to continue, assisting with the growing needs of the senior team within the business will play an integral part of this role, as you assist all with their requirements day to day, and long term.

Our client is ideally looking to pay up to c£55k as a basic salary for the ideal individual, relevant to experience, as you would expect. Higher offers may be considered for exceptional talent & track record. Salary will be complemented by access to our clients favourable bonus scheme too, to boost earnings further.
