Are you a Junior Estimator or similar looking for a technically challenging role offering specialist Joinery training within a bespoke Fit-out company who pride themselves on ongoing development and who offer the opportunity to work on varied and exciting projects?

This well established company specialise in manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery, fixtures and fittings across a range of industries. Since their establishment in 2011, they have grown significantly and now employ nearly 30 people across the company and they are now looking to expand their team to keep up with increased demand.

This is an autonomous role where you will work closely with the Sales and Production teams to generate estimates and undertake a range of office responsibilities for bespoke fit out projects. You will undertake occasional site visitation but primarily work within the office as you providing support for the production departments and senior leadership in addition to assisting clients.

This role would suit an Estimator from a Joinery background looking for an exciting technical challenge within an award-winning and specialist company providing the opportunity to continually upskill yourself.

The Role:

• Completing job costings, posting tender valuations and final accounts
• Initial tender appraisal / completion of check lists
• Quantifying work from drawings
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure company and client needs are met
• Analysing technical drawings and other documentation

The Person:

• Junior Estimator or similar
• Joinery background or looking to work in the Joinery industry
• Commutable to Portsmouth
