Job Title: Junior Credit Controller

Salary: Up to £26k

Location: Bolton

We are working with a well-established local business to support them to find a new Junior Credit Controller to join their team.

As a Junior Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by ensuring that outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner. You will also need to maintain positive relationships with clients whilst doing this.

Day to day duties:

• Collecting outstanding debts via phone calls and emails,
• Maintaining accurate customer records and payment status,
• Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues or customer enquiries.

Requirements:

• Previous Credit Control experience is not essential, this role would be a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in Administration or Customer Service who is looking to transition into the Finance Sector!
