The Company

A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business who have just celebrated their 120th Anniversary, and who continue to make their mark in the industry, striving for sustainability and innovation. Working within the manufacturing industry, we are looking for two Buyers to join their growing team.

The Role

Working with the Procurement Team, you will be responsible for the timely execution and delivery of allocated commodity products to ensure Production and Customer demand are met.

  • Working with Senior Buyer and Manager to ensure Supplier Management is maintained and reported.
  • Ensure data for commodity parts are maintained and updated.
  • Achieve KPI’s with Internal Depts and Suppliers.
  • Manage expectations and work with multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Work with the MRP System to ensure products are received when required.
  • Awareness of Value Adding activities and Costing exercises.

About You

  • Minimum of 3yrs experience working within a Manufacturing & Procurement Role - Essential.
  • CIPS Qualified - Preferred but not Essential.
  • Organised and methodical in approach.
  • Good communication skills - verbal & written.
  • Awareness of Continuous Improvement activities.

The Package

  • Salary £30,000-£35,000pa DOE.
  • Office based Mon - Fri, onsite in Princes Risborough.
  • Benefits including 24 days holiday, bank holidays and your Birthday.
  • Parking on site.
