Are you a Building Surveyor who is looking for a dynamic and varied role within an award winning and industry leading company that offers on the job training, progression opportunities and hybrid flexible working?

Established in 1947, this award winning company are a team of over 280 Architects and Heritage experts across their 14 different locations across the globe. They are UK leaders in heritage and conservation, with some recent projects including Durham Cathedral, The National Portrait Gallery and The Palace of Westminster!

In this autonomous and varied role, you will be undertaking site and building surveys for some of the country's oldest and most profound heritage sites, creating detailed reports and specifications for repairs and conservation. With regular site visits, often UK wide, you will have all fuel covered, as well as overnight stays and meals whilst on company business. Working closely with Senior members of the team to begin with, you will receive on the job training to get you up to speed on company policies and procedures.

This dynamic and exciting role would suit a Building Surveyor who wants to join a UK leading company that offers on the job training, progression opportunities and hybrid working which allows you to work from home 2 days a week.

The Role:

· Undertaking site and building surveys for heritage sites across the UK

· Creating reports and specifications for conservation and repair

· Researching for business development

· Lots of room for ongoing progression

The Person:

· Building Surveyor / Assistant or similar

· Looking for a role working on Conservation / Heritage projects

· Commutable to Southwark, Central London
