Are you a new Quantity Surveyor looking for a role to develop your skills and knowledge?I have a position available to work with a small (but rapidly growing!) company that builds industrial units for clients. They are based in Exeter but cover the Southwest and so the ability to drive would be essential.This position would suit you if you have some experience within construction, construction management or a new Quantity Surveyor.
Some of your responsibilities would include

  • Assisting the Senior QS in preparing the cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects
  • Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain records and documentation.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to assess progress, quality and compliance.


What would you need from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
  • Previous experience in some of the fields would be desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally some familiarity with quantity surveying software and tools.
