Junior Account Manager

Our client is a UK technology business working with customers where security and the protection of sensitive data are critical.

They are now searching for results-driven, ambitious Junior Account Managers to join their team!

Role:

  • Manage and develop the end-to-end administrative process for both existing clients and new prospects
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
  • This role grants real autonomy and offers excellent progression opportunities

Requirements:

  • C or 4 level GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
