Junior Account Manager
£25,000-£27,000 per year
London/Remote

We're supporting an exciting software start-up business, who work in the wonderfully creative Hairdressing industry.

They're looking for a super friendly and switched-on person to support them in on-boarding new clients and providing exceptional customer service, building great rapport and relationships with their customers.

You will be responsible for managing new client accounts through the vital onboarding process, following a step-by-step guide to support them through the process of getting to know the software and all the amazing things it can do, and helping them utilise the software effectively to enhance their business and it's profits.

You will also assist with general customer support, something the company really pride themselves in, with the goal of always delighting their customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company at a pivotal time of growth, with lots of opportunity for progression within the business over time. Working predominantly from home, with regular team meetings and catch ups to stay connected and occasional travel to London for key meetings and events.

You'll be joining a close-knit team who work hard, but practice and preach kindness and positivity in everything they do!

The right person for the role will have the following attributes.

  • A people person
  • Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Eager to learn and grow with the company.
  • Confident and competent with computers and software (extensive training provided)
  • Good organisation and timekeeping skills
  • Detail oriented.
  • Professional integrity, flexibility, and positive outlook.
