Your new company
You will be joining the existing trades team at one of the largest employers in East Lothian. Due to an increase in housing stock, they are looking to add an experienced joiner to their voids team.
Your new role
You will work on various projects, including fitting doors, windows, and cabinets, as well as wet walling. You will be responsible for maintaining and renovating wooden fixtures and fittings, ensuring they are safe and functional for residents.
You will play a crucial role in improving the overall quality and aesthetics of the properties.
You will be performing reactive maintenance on void and occupied properties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced, time-served, fully qualified joiner with a track record of maintenance work on domestic properties.
You will also require a full driving licence and be able to make your own way to the depot by 8am.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid weekly and receive regular updates from your Hays consultant. We can give the option of paid annual leave and there are no payment charges for working with us.
