I am actively recruiting for a thriving Architectural firm who have built themselves an excellent reputation over the last 50 years, working across multiple sectors from industrial to education to interiors and masterplanning. They are passionate about delivering innovative, high quality designs on projects of all scales. With exciting growth plans they are seeking a Job Runner (ARB/CIAT) to join their 30 strong team in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be passionate and driven, have experience job running and have a keen eye for detail, proficiency with Revit is essential. This role is open to either an Architect or Architectural Technologist with job running experience.

Skills, Responsibilities, and experience for the role of Job Runner (ARB/CIAT):

• Relevant qualification with several years of post qualification experience
• Be able to work well in a team and independently
• Be ARB registered or CIAT accredited
• Strong technical abilities
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Confident user of AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch Up is advantageous
• Produce drawings to a high standard
• Ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record at job running
• Experience in a range of sectors
• be local to the East MIdlands Ideally Northampton based
