Qualified Social Worker Level

Pay: £55,293.84 per annum

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, DipSW).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.

Experience:

  • Significant experience working as a Qualified Social Worker in childrens services.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in multi-agency collaboration and partnership working.
  • Experinced in assessment writing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide support to individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Uphold professional standards in line with Social Work England guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance practice.

Other Benefits:

  • £3000 Relocation payment payable in 1st months' salary
  • £5000 Retention payment payable upon successful completion of 6-month probation
  • Pension: 7.75% employee contribution, 16% employer contribution
  • Annual Leave: 4 weeks and 2 days
  • Flexible Working: Open as a flexible working employer
  • Out Of Hours: May be required, additional earning potential approximately £500 per month (pre deductions)
