Role: Java Developer

Location: Manchester (Central - Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Applause IT is looking for a Java Developer to join an established team for a Manchester-based SaaS company. Our client works within TV advertising optimisation, offering an online platform to global clients to get up and running with TV marketing campaigns. From objective-driven research and planning tools to unrivalled measurement capabilities, our client has everything you need to research, implement, and optimise brand-new TV campaigns.

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Java Developer to play a vital hands-on role as a team member, to be a strong contributor to technological advances and greenfield applications, and to pitch in new ideas to the wider business.

The successful Java Developer should have...

  • 2+ years commercial Java development experience.
  • A strong academic background (Degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Full stack development experience (Java and JavaScript).

It would be beneficial if you have...

  • Experience managing multiple projects at once.
  • Experience delivering bespoke SaaS solutions.
  • Commercial experience using React.
