Recruiting a Commis Chef for a famous five-star hotel group in London.

You will serve authentic Japanese cuisine and sushi to VIP customers using fresh, seasonal ingredients in a first-class environment.
This is a great opportunity to work at a prestigious 5-star hotel in London!

- Utilizing knowledge of Japanese ingredients and working with the team to prepare dishes under the direction of the head sushi chef
- Cooking and preparation of sashimi, sushi, etc.
- Efficient daily operations and management support
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety and food safety procedures and maintaining hygiene throughout the kitchen.

- Ideal applicant will have some work experience in Japanese cuisine, sushi/kappo, etc.
- Or those who have received training as a Japanese cuisine or sushi chef at a culinary school, etc., and have practical experience.
- Fluent Japanese and conversation level English skills
- People who like their work and take pride in making customers happy
- Excellent at communicating with colleagues at all levels
- Flexible and excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of food safety standards
