Your new role
Working for one of the UKs largest telecoms operators, you will join the organisation at a time of incredible transformation. You will be required to establish a market-leading service management capability to serve a key customer account. Day to day, you will establish the team, resources, systems, processes, reporting and KPIs. The outputs will support the achievement of SLAs, KPIs and commitments of the contractual agreement. 

Ensuring Your Success
You will have demonstrable experience of delivery customer-facing transition projects, with experience in Service Now, Salesforce, Cisco ISE and SolarWinds. Strong knowledge of the telecoms industry is high desirable. You will be a leader with excellent management skills and have the ability to project manage, interpret and report on data, manage SLA & KPIs. Commercial awareness and stakeholder management is also essential.
