Job Title: Italian-Speaking Receptionist/Office Assistant (Temporary)

  • Temporary contract for a 1-week assignment
  • Start date: March 11th, End date: March 15th
  • Pay rate: £12.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and greet visitors.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and diary management.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including mail and deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate bookings and stock supplies.
  • Handle inquiries and maintain confidentiality.

Profile:

  • Experience in office settings.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Friendly, proactive, and organized.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
