Property Manager - Italian Speaking

The Company:

We are working with a charming, independent Italian property management company in the heart of Chelsea who are looking for an experienced property manager to oversee their impressive portfolio of exclusively Italian owned residences.

The Role:

This is an enticing opportunity for an Italian Speaking Property Manager with 1-2 years' experience to work alongside this quirky and motivated team in a dynamic and rewarding environment. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the seamless operation of their property management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Obtain quotations and instruct contractors for maintenance and repair works.
  • Coordinate with contractors to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage deposit returns and liaise with landlords and tenants on maintenance issues.
  • Organise certificates and ensure properties meet regulatory requirements.
  • Complete check-in and check-out procedures for tenants.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Arrange office supplies and manage utilities setup and closure.

What You'll Need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in residential property management in London.
  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Personable and able to stay calm under pressure.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
