A professional services company in the West End within the Client Services Team is seeking an Administrator for a full-time role based in London speaking fluent Italian.

Responsibilities will include assisting a team of Administrators to manage a portofolio of companies and trusts. You will assist with incorporating and terminating UK International companies as well as liaising with suppliers, solicitors, bankers and third parties to ensure the smooth running of client companies. You will ensure all client financial information is up to date and ensure the opening and closing of company bank accounts. Other duties will include billing support and debt collection as well ad the on-boarding of new clients and new client files. You will assist with day to day administrative queries as well as the setting up fo the boardroom for meetings.

Fluency in English and Italian is preferred. You will have a friendly personality with a great team spirit with excellent presentation skills and have a methodical and organised approach to deliver a high quality service.

You will be organised and methodical in your approach and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Duties include life assurance, pension, health insurance and gym membership as well as income protection.
