Hoist Finance is a leading financial services company committed to innovation and excellence and is currently looking to recruit a Systems Administrator with strong Office 365 experience to join the team. The Systems Administrator will play a critical role in the support and maintenance of applications within the organisation.

Key Skills Needed:

· Experience with working with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365 Suite, SCCM and Active Directory.

· Strong knowledge and experience of Service Management

· Ability to analyse complex problems and provide innovative solutions

· Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

· A strong technical understanding of Application support, server administration, Microsoft 365 and Entra administration.

As a Systems Administrator you will be:

· Collaborating with business users to understand application requirements, to support with integration with existing applications and services

· Analysing and documenting user needs and translate them into functional specs

· Ensuring the successful integration of applications with existing services

· Monitoring application, server, and system performance

· Implementing updates, patches and enhancements to improve functionality and/or address vulnerabilities.

· Maintaining comprehensive documentation of application configuration, process and user guides

· Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
